BEST RAZOR BLADES FOR CUTTING

<3
blades
here is my list of razor blades for self-harming and opinions on them in no particular order

FEATHER

these are the most expensive blades i will be talking about today they are extremely sharp... so sharp that when the wounds are healing they get UNBEARABLY itchy ~.~ still wonderful japanese blades though
7/10

GILLETTE

im quite mixed on the gillette saftey blades, these blades are VERY cheap and of pretty decent quality too HOWEVER many of the gillette razors on sites like amazon are actually counterfit and not up to spec with the official ones. if you can get your hands on real ones they are hard to beat
8/10

SHARK

horrible awful blades. they dull after only a few good cuts. made in egypt too
3/10

PERSONNA

another pretty bad brand. many of mine are dull straight out of the box. if youre looking for some variety if your cutting they can be ok as every blade is a different experience
4/10

DERBY

these are the goto blades for me, not too sharp to be itchy and the durability is superb. ive had a few issues with dull blades but after contacting derby directly they reimbursed me with an entire new box!
9/10

HARBOR FREIGHT UNBRANDED RAZOR BLADES

my first fan submission to the site- harbor freight blades. after getting the request i went to the nearest store and began browsing their blade selection, after some time considering i decided to go with a pack of 10 unbranded single edge blades (i also picked up a gordon brand boxcutter i may review later). its been some time since i stopped using work blades for cutting but when i was young i would sneak blades from my fathers garage so this was actually quite nostalgic for me x3. well after trying out the blades... it was surprisingly decent... at least thats what i thought. while the cut itself was pleasent, the blades left a residue on the wound that is quite worrisome... i immediatly washed out the wound with disinfectants and i dont plan on using these again.
